Wild Mage & Polymorph Self

I've observed this with Neera.

Current behaviour: A wild mage under the effect of Polymorph Self may incur in a wild surge when the duration of the spell expires.

Expected behaviour: A wild mage should only incur in a wild surge when casting Polymorph Self.

Edit: I'm not sure this is a bug and not intended, but I thought better to report it anyway.
