Conflict haste/slow effect with potion of freedom/free action spell.

Current behavior:

When a hasted (¿or slowed?) character drinks a potion of freedom, the haste effect doesn't disappear. The same with level 4 priest spell: "Free Action"

Expected behavior:

When a hasted or slowed character drinks a potion of freedom (or free action spell), the haste effect must disappear.
