I don't know if this bus was still present in the original BG, but the helm "Gift of peace" gives an extra saving throw vs breath weapon. So the total saving throws of the helm vs breath weapon (which gives a +1 to all saving throws) is 2

    The item correctly gives +1 to all saving throws. I'm not saying you didn't see any bug, but if there is any, it is likely just displaying incorrectly.

    I didn't check this item in game, but it seems there is actually something wrong with the ITM because accordingly to NI the +1 bonus to save vs. breath has been applied twice.

    Well, i tested the helmet, it seems fine.

    OK, then it was fixed recently!
    It is part of headbomb's item list #4 fixed in release 2012 (the upcoming big patch).

    Ok bug solved then! I'm itching waiting the next patch... and the secret "stuff" ;)
