is there a mod that gives you a speed buff?

i'd like an increase in movement speed in the bg games... i would cheat me some speed boots but they also come with increased attack speed which would give me a big advantage and i don't want that

    Open your Baldur.ini file and increase your max frame rate for a faster game.

    Boots of speed aren't supposed to give increased attack speed by the way, I think it is a bug.
