Any plans to re-release the Icewind Dale series?

I loved BG1 and BG2, but my favorites have always been the two Icewind Dale games. I favored the setting, and it seemed like there was less story and more battles in those games. I will be picking up BG1 on Day 1 though ;)

    Overhaul does want to do the Icewind Dale games (though they did say that enhancing IWD2 would involve more work due to it using 3E), but any future products depend on how well BGEE and BG2EE does.

    The only way I would become interested in those games would be if they didn't have no name, no personality characters. Lamesauce

    Let me introduce you to the IWD NPC project. Want to try it out in the BG2 engine? Despite the dodgy project leads, let me also introduce you to the IWD-in-BG2 project (beta, but fairly stable).
