Does new patch make multiplayer stable?

Anyone know yet? Have not had a chance to play MP with 3 people or more yet since 2012 came out.

    I haven't had a chance to play MP period. :(

    Don't know anybody who wants to try it...

    We sat down 3 guys last night and played 6 hours straight with no crashes. We used Hamachi thou since we had issues with standard connection method.

    so using the BG:EE supplied multiplayer still doesn't work? i tried it before this patch and it just searches for the game indefinitely without either failing or connecting

    LAN works, which is why you have to use Hamachi... for now.
