No Tamah?

I'm playing vanilla BG1 with TOTSC expansion from the D&D Master Collection, and using a walkthrough. I get to where Tamah is supposed to be... except that she's not there. Completely gone. I've confirmed the location through Let's Plays on youtube. She has vanished into thin air. Everything else seems to be in order on this map. Is this a bug? If so, is there a patch/fix? Or did the master collection version move Tamah? And if so, where is she?

    Where is she supposed to be according to the Let's Play video? In the northwest quarter of AR3500 (the basilisk map)? If so, try looking for her in the southeast corner of the Temple area. For some reason I seem to remember seeing her there.

    Yes, AR3500 x = circa 1400, y = circa 870, according to the walkthrough and the LP. She wasn't at the temple.
