How to trigger Rasaads quest

I want to get rid of Rasaad as I am tired of constantly curing him but would like to run through his quest line first. Any ideas on how to trigger his?

    You need to be in Baldur's Gate, so in Chapter 5 or more. Get 2 of his conversations then go to the docks area. An event will trigger. :)

    If you don't like him, boot him and pick him up later when you can get his quest. It's what I did.

    Never thought of that, i was hoping it would trigger quicker. I will dump him and take some else for a while

    I managed to trigger it in my first play through with Rasaad. I am now playing through again but with Viconia to hopefully see some new banter but I just can't get Rasaad's quest to trigger. Rasaad has talked to me before but a long time ago, Viconia did interject and I took Rasaad's side ofc. I don't remember on my second time around him saying the story that leads to trigger the quest tho. I have been to BG docks and nothing triggering. Is there anyway I can get the conversation to trigger?
