Pause stops enemies' casting animation

Hello,

Pardon me if this's been reported already.

I've found this some time ago and thought it was sort of game-breaking. To the point though.

If you pause the game a split second after the enemy starts casting a spell, you can see the enemy character dropping their hands alongside their bodies, totally negating the spellcast (and using out their spell scrolls).

This is easily tested on Everard in Candlekeep's Inn on level 1, as it helps immensely in defeating him with the mere 2 spells and a dagger/bo that you start with.

So was just wondering, has this been fixed?

Do you mean Firebead? I wasn't able to reproduce the bug and I haven't seen it reported. So yes?

Yes this is the one, Everard Firebead. You have to hold your fingers over the space button and, as soon as the starts casting, pause the game (you may need to do a few quick pauses and un-pauses to make it work). This makes him stop the hand motions and completely negates the spell (same way as if your mage was hit during the casting).
