Druids cannot shapeshift. At all.

After installing the 2012 new patch, I realized that any druid (Jaheira or my PC) can not shapeshift.

Their Innate button on the lower right corner remains grey (innactive). Even after resting.

Actually Jaheira could shapeshift in my previous playthrough.
Is it a bug or maybe there is something broken by me, with the patch installation?
