Where is lothander?

Hi, can anyone tell me because lothander not find it in the tavern of the blades and stars please? ... I have the geas parchment.

My group consists of Khalid, Jaheira, Branwen, Imoen and Xan ... and I am a sorcerer.

    @logan Do you have a save file showing the problem? If so, can you upload it here and I can check it out.

    He never spawned in my game, though that was several patches ago. I CLUA'd him in, and everything was okay after that.
