Opening Cinematic: Nietzsche Quote Cut Off

CURRENT BEHAVIOR: At 1024x768 resolution on the PC, the Nietzsche quote presented at the start of the opening cinematic is cut off from both sides.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: The quote should be fully visible regardless of screen resolution.

    I encountered this problem too with 1024x768. With 1680x1050 it looks fine.

    The problem is is that video playback doesn't scale with resolution. I play at 1920x1080, and the videos are at 1280x720, so there's a black border at the edges of the video frame. And if you run the game in windowed mode, large portions of the video frame are cut off.
