With a "Go for the eyes Boo!" permanent blind unless save vs Hamster is made.

In all seriousness could you add something to reflect Boo's awesomeness.

    This seems fair since boo takes up a valuable quick item space. Seriously, the spell should work like the blindness spell but lasts for 1 round.
