[(BG2, BGEE 0709) Continuity] Horn of Kazgaroth

Horns in BG2 can all go into the quick slots, save the Horn of Kazgaroth. The Horn is classed as an amulet instead.

If we want to make this change, here's the code:

Its pic clearly shows a belt by which it could be worn. Though... it has no equipping effects, so it is not a big deal.

Confirmed changed to quickslot item.
Its description among other similar items was corrupted (formatting lost)

Confirmed Fixed for the OP: it is now a quickslot item.

Confirmed Not Fixed as an item:
Testing it yielded "Damage Taken (8)," whereas the description says "+5 Damage done to user: unknown." Unless there's something more to it than that.

@Bhryaen the description is just corrupted, the +5 is likely not about damage, read the whole desc.

The formatting is off, but it says fairly clearly what I quoted. Still, the OP is resolved successfully, so I'll move it on.

I'll just drop @ScottBrooks' name in case he needs to notice this one... That Kazgaroth guy has given us no lack of issues with his items...
