Send Dynaheir, alone, into a building, one that you don't plan on going into a while. Remove her from party. She will be stuck in the building, and Minsc should still be in your party. If this doesn't work, then I guess they've changed it for BG:EE.

what if i just kill him inside the party? i did it, minsc was there and he only said "i will avenge u bla bla".
Go to the basilisk area (east of temple that is east of Beregost)
Send Dynaheir towards a basilisk.
Problem solved.

This is a decent way to collect all the NPCs in one place that you don't want to walk off and leave forever. If you ever want them back you just stone to flesh them.

i executed her making my party attack her. is that problem solved also?
Easiest method is what tj hooker posted, just send her into a random house in Beregost alone and remove her from party. Simple, and u can collect her later if u want
My preferred method is: 1. recruit both 2. Kill the one you want to keep (minsc) 3. Boot the one you don't want (Dynaheir) in any place you like 4. Rez the one you want to keep (Minsc)

Umm, I'm not sure you're doing it right. Send her into any building that doesn't require you to save when you enter. Make sure the everyone else stays outside the building, and move them away from the building. Select one of you other characters, and then reform the party. Dynaheir should stay in the building. I just tested this out in my game with Xzar and Montaron, and as long as my characters weren't too close to the building, it seems to work.

I even think Misc loses it and leaves if she's killed as well?
Leave minsk out of the inn. go inside inn with dynaheir and ur main char.
Ditch dynaheir, minc will go out the party too.
Now quit the inn with ur main char, minsc will be waiting out.
Tell him to go back to the party
i guess that works with other pair chars, like Jaheira and khalid.
it went back to normal
and no consequences.
