Is there anything special about this dagger other than its fancy name and cool looking craftsmanship?

    I travelled back to Ulgoth's Beard, then dropped it on the floor as soon as I got there.

    They apparently didn't need to use the dagger at all, I still had it when I left the town after picking it back up, and the stupid dwarf still never bloody paid me for it!

    Isn't it +4 and level drain on hit or something?
