Who am I supposed to send this dmp file for a crash on launch?

I tried to run the game in Steam a few times, but it crashes on launch and tells me to contact support@baldursgate.com. I tried emailing the dmp file from the crash to that address, but it apparently doesn't even exist (and yes, I did spell it right).

    But do mention that you are playing the Steam version (it's v2010, while the latest patch is v2012).
