[BUG] Save game and charmed npcs

Current behaviour: You can save the game while one or more NPC (it happens even with Charname) is charmed

Expected behaviour: You shouldn't be able to save while a character is charmed

    Why shouldn't you? Does this cause any problems? I don't think I ever have done so.

    The developers tried to remove as many hindrances from save as possible. So, adding one would be done only as last resort if it is to avoid some bug. This itself is not a bug, but a desired feature.
