Black pits: eleven chain?

Does anyone know if a black pits run has eleven chain as purchasable? I'd like to play a bard but don't want to be 3/4 through the game before I get a useable armor. Thanks in advance?

    there's no elven chain in BP, i'm guessing you could probably CLUA it in if you wanted to
