Dorn Romance... any guides available yet? *possible spiler*

So on my second run-thru i'm romancing Dorn.
In the Neera romance I've noticed that the romances in BG:EE work a little differently then the BG2 ones (for example, game time being used between talks instead of real-time).

Back in the days there were a gazillion romance guides available but they are understandably not out for BG:EE yet.
Yet, i feel like im stuck in the romance and i cant quite put my finger on wether i've been ditched, experiencing a bug or simply should wait for another event.

So far after killing Kryll dorn had two talks and then nothing.
Does the rest trigger after i find Simmeon later on in the game?

Is there a global i can see in the CLUAConsole that indicates the romance status?
Any help will be appreciated!

    I only got two talks as well, I think (the second one ended with me telling him to never change, and he was all '... maybe with you...'. After killing Simmeon I got his personal history, and then once that ended (seemingly incomplete) he remarked when Charname discovered her heritage, but that was it. No more 'romance' dialogue it seems.

    There will be more dialogue after killing Simmeon. I don't know if it's romance-dialogue or if he just talks about the events leading up to the fight though. It's not very romantic, but what do I know, I'm not a half orc.

    I think the global is 3 for finished, but not sure.

    I never got the "maybe with you" line. I guess I didn't start the romance then and only got the normal quest dialogue.

    In the second banter you have to pick the 'I'm just saying don't change' (paraphrase) line at the end, and he comes back with something along those lines. I got the dialogue really early on my playthrough while I was pissing around the wilderness, so I have no idea if I'm getting it right.

    There's one significant banter I missed in my playthrough that may or may not be "romance-y":

    In Chapter 6, I killed the Iron Throne leaders right away and so got arrested on the next floor. From what I understand, if you go to Gorion's room and read the letters identifying you as a Bhaalspawn, Dorn has a few things to say about that.

    Ah, I got that (I did it by having Shar-Teel stealth up to the letters and bring them back. Probably being like 'I knew it!!'). It wasn't very romancey. It was more about how you should stick together and Great Things(tm) would come to pass. You get a Journal entry titled 'Right Hand of Darkness' afterwards.

    Hmmm... so i might be on track after all.

    My last talk was also the "don't change" one. IIRC he asks about why i talk to people on my quest instead of just killing them.

    What's the correct variable to fetch for the romance status?
    Dorn_romance does not seem to work....
