Journal Issues?

Since last night my journal decided to stop updating with new quest information even though the bottom of the screen says "Journal Updated." After clicking around in my journal a bit trying to find the missing information, everything in my journal quest sections have disappeared! Is this an issue with the game or am I doing something wrong?
