[Journal in General] Quests have been completely wiped out from Journal

I'm just get to Nashkel and arrive to Chapter 2! But i lose the current mission that i had active while i was in the Chapter 1.

How can i resolve this problem?

    There are arrows on the upper sides of the Journal screen that will let you move between chapters.
