Not able to send crash dump via mail

Hi,
yesterday I wanted to send a crash dump via mail to support@baldursgate.com but I got a reply that I am not allowed to send emails to this group.

@Baldurs Gate Team: You want this dump?

    Send all your crash dumps to dpennyway@beamdog.com.

    We don't have a baldursgate.com email domain. :)

    You may also want to zip the .dmp file (Right click-Send to -> Compressed Zip) because some email services limit the size of the file you can attach.

    Ok will do. When the crash occurred the was a window saying: "Please send the crash dump to support@baldursgate.com".
    I just sent the compressed dump to support@beamdog.com.
