Did same artist that did Imoen's portrait, do Mr House's portrait in Fallout New Vegas?

I was just struck with the similarities between the portrait of Imoen in BG1, and that of Robert House (Mr House) the "ruler" of New Vegas (Fallout)
were both paintings made by the same artist? (I mean no insult, they're both two of my favourite games and have gorgeous art)

I think I remember an artist on the old BG forums mentioning that Imoen was based on one of the artists wives.

the style of the eyebrow, way the cheeks etc are done...links with the companies/folks who made the games...I just thought it highly possible it was same artist
