Game window if >100% Windows Display Size

I looked through the Known Issues and Bugs thread and didn't see this, and it's quite annoying, so:
The game plays fine if Windows Display Size is 100%. If you make it 125% or 150%, however, the game window then enlarges by that much. The problem is, the display size is still the same, so you end up only being able to see the upper-left portion of the game window. In other words, (0,0) matches up, but the far buttom-right corner ends up outside of the displayable area.
This is annoying, because it means I need to log off every time I want to play BG:EE on my laptop (the setting change requires Windows to log you off). Some attention to this would be appreciated.
The setting in question can be found in Windows 7 at: Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display.

My suggestion is:
1) Lower your resolution, rather than use the desktop enlarging
2) If you want to keep desktop at 150%, run BG:EE in Windowed mode (alt+Enter), then drag the game to the top of the screen. It will automatically (Aero snap) be set to full screen, but still be in windowed mode. On XP or Vista you will have to switch to windowed mode, then manually drag out the edges.
