Narlen Darkwalk didn't helped me during the fight against the halruaan mage even if I had before successfully completed his two quests.

Ok thanks! I just zipped all my autosave file. Now you have to go to Alatos to end the quest.
Oh I opened another bug discussion today... check it when you have time!

It's a bug. There are fixes for this quest coming in the next patch but it will not help you, unfortunately. Not with your current game anyway. You would need to start a new game for that quest to be bug free.
