Lockpicking through a wall

current behavior: locks can be picked through a wall.

expected behavior: you shouldn't be able to unlock from a different room.

Oddly enough, I can't loot it from this side of the wall, but I can unlock it.
Edit: I have tested this behavior in several locks, they're most obvious around ulgoths beard, but can be found elsewhere.
