[BUG] Offhand weapon not displayed in THAC0 section

Expected behavior: When wielding two weapons, mainhand and offhand weapon should be listed in THAC0 section of Inventory screen.
Current behavior: Mainhand weapon is listed twice, as main and offhand.

Confirmed on a test character that when dual wielding different weapons, the primary weapon is listed twice in the THAC0 scroll box.
