Unaccessable cache in wall (Durlag's Tower, Room with 3 bridges)

In the room with the three bridges over lava there is a cache in the wall - trapped.

Actual behaviour:
It's just not accessible - neither for diarming the trap nor getting the content.

Expected behaviour:
In my play through before the patch I was able to disarm the trap and access the cache.

    I have not played the latest patch, so maybe I'm thinking of a different issue, but I think you cannot loot it until you get the adjacent room explored (the room with the dragon statues). Until you explore the statue room, the fog-of-war of the dragon room overlaps into the bridge room so that you can't loot the container.
