Farsight disables sidebar but doesnt return the function

The 4th level priest spell: Farsight.
When cast it allows a PC to un-fog an area by using the overhead map. When doing so it disables the left side bar. This sidebar buttons never get reestablished though when using the overhead map normally afterwards. This forces the player to either double click the map to get back to the game or hit esc. Zoning or any action short of 'loading a save' remedies this the bug.
