Crossovers (Possible Spoilers)
So, I've often daydreamed of crossover scenarios - specifically, encounters between well-known and loved characters from various media - but what I've been able to find of that online is rarely detailed or interesting, and my efforts to come up with interesting ways to present and discuss it have not been terribly fruitful.
In particular I've thought about the AFGNCAAP RPG characters, such as the Bhaalspawn Champion (aka CHARNAME) and the Hero of Arcanum (don't know if there's a more well-known title for him) and comparing the powers they have access to, the situations and characters they have to deal with and how they can ultimately end up. Primarily, I'm more interested in them over less vague characters (such as Corvo Attano) due to the wider range of possibilities, though the more focused characters are also interesting.
And I think, instead of holding it in and banging it against the wall of my skull, I'll put it out in the open, here.
I suppose you could consider this a general crossover thread. How could an interesting, detailed crossover be arranged? Which would you prefer, bhaalspawn powers, arcanum powers, dishonored powers? What could stop a fighter/mage charname and a techlord arcanum hero team-up? Which do you prefer, the options and situations encountered in BG or the ones in Arcanum? Stuff like that, maybe.
