iPad -- Cannot scroll to read full Nahal's Reckless Dweomer during Sorceror character creation

Attempting to scroll down to read the remainder of the expository text for Nahal's Reckless Dweomer during the Mage Book: Level 1 spell selection screen switches the window to the "You may choose 2 spells..." screen.
