When Khalid and Jaheira are dismissed they disappear without a word

1) I'm able to dismiss either individually and have the other remain in my party, I know that's not right as they stick together as any good couple should.
2) When I kick them out they don't say anything but just walk off screen. I can kick either or both and the same thing happens.
3) They disappear and I can't find them again anywhere (checked Friendly Arm, Jovial Juggler and Inn in Nashkel.) This last point may not be a bug as I've read that they leave permanently after chapter 3 or at least they used to. This may have been changed because Kivan sticks around if I tell him to go and I've read he leaves for good too.
Note: Khalid has died and been resurrected at least once in my game if that's of any use, I don't think Jaheira has though. I point this out because Monteron has disappeared too (although Xzar hasn't) and their partnership seemed to be split. Monty and Xzar both died and were resurrected once or twice over the course of play. I've already mentioned this one in a separate bug report.

Failing to give an exit dialogue when kicked is definitely a bug, though. Every character is meant to do that.
