Looking for a play group

Ok, I feel a bit bad admitting this, even though I've beat Icewind Dale, and Heart of Winter, and Baldur's Gate II, and Throne of Bhaal, and Planescape Torment, I've never played past the first chapter in Baldur's Gate 1.
After all the “oh my”, “uh oh”, “and are you serious?” replies, I'd like to start a play group to rectify this.
Problem is, when I beat all the other games, I was single, one job, and just me.
I am now a full-time programmer, for not one, but two jobs (a full-time contract, and full-time job); as well as running my own business, a husband, and a father with 2 kids, and another on the way; obviously, my playtime is not what it used to be, and tends to be...sporadic at best.
Therefore, I am looking to start a playgroup, and I have found a time slot I can dedicate to it.
I would like to start this Thursday at 10 PM, and play the first and third Thursdays of every month, 10 PM EST until 12 AM EST (or whenever we all agree, we cannot stay awake anymore).
I have a dedicated IP, to make the current TCP/IP only connections a little bit easier. I also have a TeamSpeak server if anyone would like to join me on it.
I do have a few simple rules:
1.) Vanilla install - I'd like my first official, multiplayer run through the game to be no mods, I want to experience the game as close to its original state as possible (I know EE adds and changes things slightly already, no biggie)
2.) PG-13 - My nephew and wife may watch or be in the room with me from time to time, so, I would rather keep profanity out of it, and discussions to relatively safer topics. I am generally an easy-going, laid-back person.
3.) Dedicated characters - I'd like our group to have dedicated characters to this campaign; I don't mind if you play other campaigns, or do stuff on your own single-player, I'd just prefer you to use a different character, or a copy of your character; I'd like all our characters to experience the same game together, at the same time.
4.) No cheats
5.) No rushing - I don't mind discussing dialogue options, where we go, etc., and I'm not OCD, but I am curious and inquisitive, if we enter a map, I'd like to explore all of it (or at least most of it), at least once, talk to most of the NPC's, read the lore. I do not have to stop to read every book, but I would like to hear/read what the NPC's say, watch the movies, explore the areas, and do some of the side quests, and optional areas, without rushing through the story. I know this takes longer, but it is my first time through. I'm not unreasonable either, if we go to go some direction, and it just is not possible, there's an encounter too tough in the way, or something, I'm perfectly willing to turn around, or run for our lives.
6.) No spoilers - I do not mind playing with someone who has already done the campaign, but keep in mind, I have not. No spoilers please, do not say, "we should not go that direction, there's nothing over there,” or "that way is too dangerous right now". If you already know beyond a doubt there is nothing over there, throw us on follow, and get a drink. If you know it is too dangerous, silently chuckle inside, and be prepared to run.
7.) No or non-forced role-playing - I do not mind if you guys role-play with each other, or even me, and I might jump in. I've given it an honest go a few times before, but mainly cause I was forced, and found I didn't enjoy it, being forced to do it, forced to come up with stuff on the spot, I'm not always creative under forced conditions. If others want to role-play with each other, or me, that is fine, just do not expect or force me to do it back. I might jump in if I feel creative or give it a shot though.
8.) No excessive breaks - I understand real-life gets in the way sometimes, so we will have to pause, or take a break while someone runs to the restroom, or gets a drink, that is fine. However, being that I only get a guaranteed 4 hours a month to play; I do not want to spend an hour or two of it, waiting while someone takes an hour-long phone call. I am going to dedicate myself to this, and rearrange my busy schedule around it, if someone else wants to join or commit to it, please do the same
9.) No excessive pausing - Kind of along the same lines as above, I know combat can be tough, and we'll have to pause sometimes during combat, and I'm ok with that. I just do not want to pause every other second and outside of non-combat scenarios regularly. I am also ok with pausing during dialogue or at critical moments to discuss things, again, I am easy-going, so I doubt this will be an issue, I just have to mention it as I do only get 4 hours guaranteed playtime per month.
10.) Discuss - Kind of with the no rushing above, just cause you've already done it, please don't "sit" at the next zone line waiting for the rest of us, especially, if maybe we all don't want to go that way, maybe we want to go another way, outside of the main "storyline" path. Also, please do not just rush through dialogue, or if you have choices for dialogue, make big game affecting choices, without discussing it with the group.
That is all, if I am too harsh or too meticulously fussy; I guess I will end up playing it through solo. Nevertheless, I would love the company, and to be able to play through with someone else, or even a team of people, to make some new friends and meet new people at the same time!
Thanks
Brian

Any level requirements? From what I hear, you're able to import to-and-from BG2. I'm working on a few characters right now in BGTutu to import ( again, assuming I can from what I've read ) to BGEE naked instead of having to start a new character.
