UnHoly Blight Cleric spell does not Hurt the 2 Sword Ranger Drow- Bug or Magic resist= Cleric spells

I specificly preped the very naughty Cleric with like 3 or 4 unholy blight spells... cast on the Drizzzy Ranger... no damage taken by them... this is a tiny tiny bug and I have yet to ever try this Cleric Unholy Blights on others as well... so it may or may not be Drzzit specific...

anyhow is it a bug or does he just resist it because he is a drow and such an epic goody high level guy?
minor bug so do not worry on fixing it until most all your other work is done...

    Because everyone knows all Drow are really evil incarnate at heart, Drizzt is just acting out pretending to be good to tick off his family and society, like the angry rebellious teenager he is.

    He's probably resisting it, though I'm reasonably sure it should be informing you of resists.

    It isn't a bug: Unholy Blight cannot bypass magic resistance and Drizzt has 98% magic resistance.

    I know he has magic res. But I assummed that holy cleric stuff was holy type harm and magic res is not something to protect against that... but I guess hold person immunity for him is the same thing... anyhow I think it is cheap since unholy blight is supposed to hurt everyone and not be accountable to magic restestace... I thought that was in the spell description but it may have been a long time since I read that and I may be thinking of that sunbeam or daylight spell clerics do...

    Magic Resistance protects against all spells, except the few that are not subject to magic resistance.
    Off the top of my head, there are few spells like that, but these are always great in situations against magic resistant foes (IE.: Drows)

    Holy damage type doesn't exist in Baldut's Gate (there's only Magic, Fire, Cold, Electricity, Acid)
