Ramazith not appear if you rescue Fastfury's nymph

After talking with Fastfury and the nymph in Baldur's Gate West and complete the quest getting nymph's hair if you go to the north part of the city you can't found the wizard challenging you to enter his tower.

I don't know if it is a bug really. Can you confirm?

    Did you receive the quest from Ramazith or did you just go straight to Ragefast?

    No, in my last game I went first to Ragefast's house and then to find Ramazith. He were not in the streets so I went to the top floor of his tower and he wasn't there.

    Interesting, I've never tried rescuing the nymph before meeting Ramazith.

    Suggestion: if Abela the nymph has already been freed (or killed) before meeting Ramazith, then Ramazith should not appear outside his tower but instead should be waiting on the bottom floor of his tower (as he would have been anyway if he had had a chance to give the quest), and when the party enters he should explain that he needed that nymph (e.g. "You fools, I was going to steal Ragefast's captive nymph for my experiments, it will take me months to find another! Now you will pay for interfering with my plans!") and then turn hostile without further discussion (but teleport to the top floor as soon as he is hurt). The rest of the tower sequence can then continue as before.
