Table for Resurrection Costs?

Is there a table available somewhere for how to calculate ressurection costs? Am thinking of doing a run where I have to make a donation to temple equal to the current cost to ressurect CHARNAME if he dies. Also, how is the cost calculate for multi and dual class characters? e.g. is the highest level used, or do you add them up? Thanks

For NPCs, I think it's something like (100 * level) * reaction price modifier.

The crazy values at level 29 and above are fixed to be previous level + 500.

Is that similar to how the Druid XP works past 16?

While I understand what you are saying, could you give an example just for complete clarification.

    Level 29 is 12.5k gold, 30 is 13k, 31 is 13.5k, 32 is 14k ... level 40 is 18k.

So why did raising Rasaad cost so much? He was level 4, and cost 600gp to raise in the game... ::Wrinkles nose.::

Isn't that what it says above?

Thanks @bigdogchris, but What if you're multi or dual classed? How is that calculated?

I guess it would be Level 1 + Level 2 + level 3 =, but I actually don't know. Cam would be a much better person to ask.

I don't know for sure, but I'd guess it's the average for multis, or highest for duals.
