I've got BGEE and Shadowkeeper working together. (Also Near Infinity but that was already cross-platform.) The game runs smoothly on my laptop so far in full screen. Windowed mode was visually choppy.

The latest Wine build, 1.5.23, is able to handle everything in BGEE.

Setting up Shadowkeeper and NI were just a matter of symlinks; Wine is good about handling the various file system compatibility issues if you can tell the apps where things are. SK got its own wrapper, and is about as convenient as it was on the PC.

I'm posting mostly out of personal satisfaction, but if my experience can help someone out, drop me a line.
