Very Newbie Question regarding chipsets

Apologies, but I am not at all tech-savvy with computer hardware...

So intel is a no-go in terms of graphics cards... suppose a computer has an Intel Core Processor but the graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 610, would that run the game okay?

or will it crap out if with word Intel is anywhere on the pc?

(apologies again for being a dumbass, any help is appreciated)
