1 familiar per mage

I would like to see it possible for every mage in the party to have its own familiar. Also, fixing the issue where only charname can have one.

    The only problem is that would probably overpower low level mages...

    I believe limiting familiars to CHARNAME was actually intended by the devs for balance purposes, rather than an issue.
