    The German version is underway. All the text has been translated already, and one or two weeks ago Trent mentioned German voice-acting being conducted on Twitter. I suspect it won't take that long, and I guess that the same applies to a few other languages (Polish, Italian, French, Turkish, Greek, though I don't know about their respective voice-acting).

    I actually purchased the game for my daughter because a Japanese translation was underway. They were shooting for January release, but that is gone and past (and very little information on the forum by way of updates). While I am still hoping that the translation will happen, I'm beginning to wonder if it's dead on the vine, so to speak.

    As for voice acting, that would be fantastic! I'd love to hear Minsc in Japanese and learn how to tell you that you must gather your party (in Japanese, as well).
