Just have 2 question about having him as an NPC

because of the fact that he's chaotic evil, will he leave a good-aligned party?

or

Are there some party members that will leave if he's there.. so far I only have Imoen with my main (level 10 archer) cause I tried to solo te game with only a thief by my side for traps.. I tought that Baeloth was an interesting character and wanted to give it a shot

also, when you first meet him and he's level 5-6, he has no spell in his repertoire since he's a sorcerer, is there any way to give him some ? or do I absolutely need to wait till he levels up...

    As for leaving, no. If your reputation goes over 18, he'll act like you've kicked him out of the party, but you can just take him back. This behavior may or may not survive the next few patches.

    None that I've heard of but maybe one will be added in a later patch.

    As to his spell selection... sorcerers don't have to memorize spells, so you won't see anything in his spellbook memorixation slots, nor can he use scrolls to inscribe new scrolls into his book... he actually has more than a pc sorcerer could have (and most of the useful damage spells, not so much crowd control) so he should be able to cast (just select his casting icon from the gui) and checkout what he has...
