    I'm not sure how I would go about that. Do touch spell THAC0 values show in the inventory screen?

    Just turn on to-hit rolls. Make an attack with the gauntlets on, and an attack with them off. If your attack roll modifier changes, you'll know it was due to the gauntlets.
