highly strange HP issue..

ok so I started a new game and just picked up Xzar and Montaron. I click tab often and notice that Xzar started with the usual 4 hit points... this is where it gets weird

I kill a bear and noticed while tabbing that his max HP went up to 8 HP....ok then..

I killed another bear but it took a swipe at him for 10 damage and he lived... his max had went up to 12 HP somehow..

Not really complaining but what is this phantom HP increase all about? lol

    @EnterHaerDalis, I see from your screenshot that you have Party AI turned on. Xzar's default spell is Larloch's Minor Drain, which takes 4 HP from the target and (temporarily) adds it to the caster. So with Party AI on, that'll be what Xzar was casting during combat, and would explain your results.

    you see it's times like these I feel like a complete and utter retard

    I've been playing baldurs gate for a long ass time and I didn't even know that larlochs minor drain actually added hitpoints... jesus mother of god I am dumb
