Barbarian Rage stat bonuses not gained

Just noticed the barbarian rage stat bonuses of +4 strength and +4 constitution are not gained. This seems like a pretty major bug..not sure how this seeped through the cracks of the developers and all the recent patches.

    I'm not sure if you have installed mods or not, but in an relatively (I extracted & slightly edited the STARTARE.2DA & XPCAP.2DA and threw them in the override folder) unmodded v.2012 game, they definitely get added to the Record sheet for me.
