Has the Ranger APR fix been implemented in this new patch?

As the title suggests does anyone know if the APR fix for Ranger Bow weapons been put into place in this patch?

    Cheers; I just re-scanned the patch notes - was looking for Ranger and APR should have noticed the first entry in the bug section for Attacks
    per round; Think i need to get some glasses :)
