Hi folks!
First off: my (and our!) apologies that it's not available immediately.
It has been submitted to Apple for approval and will be available as soon as their review process is completed. We're still working hard to keep rolling out improvements and fixes, and sometimes lengthy approval processes can cause hiccups in the plan to keep all the versions in step.
Thanks so much for your patience and support - just know that we haven't forgotten about you and the bug fixes, new kits and other improvements are on their way to a tablet near you as soon as Apple says we're good to go.
