Does the Beamdog launcher not have the new patch?

I've had the Beamdog launcher open all morning with no hint of new patch information. Anyway to force it to look for the update?

    sign out and back in. The update will magically appear. I have suggested a force-update feature for the future.

    I have the same problem. Where do I sign in/out?
    It's been stuck on "Please wait" ever since I pressed "Apply Update"

    Click on the little down arrow next to your username, it's just below the top bar. It's in white text for me.

    I dislike the Beamdog launcher. It just seems very clunky and unintuitive to me.

    I've never used the Beamdog client, but I will say that I'm sure Beamdog has learned some things from their experience with BGEE launcher. You can always improve things.
