Where do I find my Steam Key?

So i bought BGEE and can't find my steam key... I can install it from the Beamdog website, but nowhere can i find any information on a steam key.

    If you bought it through Beamdog I don't think you are able to get a Steam key short of buying it again through Steam.

    I'd be interested to see your source which leads you to believe that you get a free Steam key with anything other that a purchase from steam.

    TBH purchasing direct from BEamdog is the better option as it's usually a bit cheaper, you get instant patch updates as and when they are released and you are supporting the developer as they get a better cut of the profit.

    You can associate the game to your Steam account regardless.
