[Request] BG2 Soundsets + Subtitles

Can someone please make a mod with all of the BG2 soundsets + working subtitle strings?

I know how to make the Custom soundsets for BGEE and got it working ingame, but can't figure out how to implement the subtitles for them.

I've read in the other threads that you're supposed to edit the CHARSND.2da file and the dialog.tlk file with DLTCEP, but I can't seem to find CHARSND.2da anywhere. It's supposed to be in the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition\Data\00766\lang\en_US directory correct? Mine only contains the data, movies, and sounds folder, as well as the dialog.tlk file, but nothing else. Couldn't find it with a search either.

EDIT: Actually... I just figured out how to load the CHARSND.2da file. For some reason I thought it was a discrete file that you had to find, but you can actually load it via DLTCEP from the tables list.

Still, it would be nice if someone made one so I don't need to do it myself... I'm not too confident. XD
